For example, in Willow Creek this hidden tree has a secret entrance that you have to discover:
You climb into the tree (kind of like Alice and Wonderland) and you end up in a Supernatural world with weird plants, fish and gems etc.

Dude, they have had secret lots since The Sims 1 (and there were like 10+ in The Sims 2).
You don't unlock them, they are just hidden. Once you know how to find them, it's easy.
Also this a Easter Egg designed by the developers, it's not part of the main game. This is something they chucked in.

I know that in The Sims 1 there was a secret beanstalk world with magic beans. In The Sims 2 you had the University secret worlds, the Free Time secret worlds and the secret magic world in Apartment Life.
I'm still buying the game, but i'm not gonna use any of those wierd worlds.
