Without trying to sound too mushy, MTN had impact on so many people struggling.
I was not a fan back then but I do remember it and I liked MTN the most from that whole era, with Judas a runner up. MTN is a song you'd play for yourself if you're feeling down and need to grasp something, I think it's iconic.
(and then "Scheisse" and "The Edge of Glory" should've gone #1 so she could've tied MJ
