Squatting is actually healthier for pooping since it's the natural position to "push it out," plus using that kind of toilet negates both back splash and seat-surface germs.

alright, well, unless anyone wants me to include HEAVY hip-hop (which I figured would be best for another mix because it can blend around with SMP songs) then this mix is done. No T.O.P. but plenty of other classics. Annnnnnnd if you guys don't have any shoutouts, I'll just get some vocal samples...
