Her music has changed many times. Its usually subtle and depends on who she works with, which is the same with other artists Britney/Madonna etc so I don't really get that "drag". She's been stuck in a rut since 2008 though.

Her image has changed dramatically since her debut though (even it's been stagnant in recent years.) Like night and day, even down to the way she holds her body/mannerisms.
