I can see it going "viral" in a sense and maintaining a decent lead for a few days, but yeah the urban crowd can't maintain that lead over the pop crowd who are still using Uptown Funk, so I dont expect it to last long. The pop crowd is likely not here for BBHMM.

The fact that itunes is "freezing" for you (for everyone) it doesn't mean that happens for the database as well! The system doesn't stop tracking the sales in real time! So I don't think the numbers you see right now are based on the 10-12 hours of sales!!
It's not the 1st time that itunes glitches after a new release and makes the song visible on the chart after 12-24 hours!!!

BBHMM didn't chart for 12 hours + iTunes is glitching right now , but as someone already said it will probably have red updates until it stabilizes in a few days.
