Someone was either following or tracking Grace. That woman (I forget her name) had been off the grid for a good 20 years, so for the Red Devil to suddenly know her whereabouts is suspicious. It can't be Grace's dad, because he was at the Kappa house the entire night with Cathy, Gigi, and the police.

We know Boone's working with the other two killers, so I think he'll be a likely scapegoat when everyone else's location can be accounted for.
