Roxanne is an alumn of the Rustboro Trainer's School, where she graduated to become the Gym Leader of the city. She is the only female rock-type specialist #feminist, and an expert on fossil pokémon, even going searching for them with Steven Stone, the Hoenn champion. I like Roxanne, I think she's decently fleshed out for a first leader and her design is cute, even if her team is Brock rip-off.
HausofNiko says that Brock is better, but tells Roxanne to
"stay strong sis". The others weren't so nice,
Staryu finds her
"too try hard" and
Hugamari just thinks she's a
"basic bitch". Poor Roxanne, she don't deserve this.
