How exactly are you guys going to reveal the new mods? Are you going to keep dropping clues until the new mods are all but confirmed or is an announcement just going to come soon?

If new mods are already selected then in the long run they fail to do their duties and obligations as mods, will they be demoted or evicted eventually?

Yes of course. If they don't do anything, or perform poorly, or have a nervous breakdown, then they are out.
