Right, I've listened to it a few times now. I'm sorry, but as much as I wanted to love this album, it drags like crazy through most of it. There are no memorable melodys, it just seems like a collection of diary entries. I don't dislike it, his lyrics are good as usual, but I'd have to be in the right mood to sit down and listen to this.

Above all, I find the album to be so cohesive. It flows so beautifully from start to finish.
It feels like i press play and a minute later it's played through. Love it.
According to the Verge, the album's release was allegedly delayed due to The New York Times' story announcing the album would be out August 5. The Times report “caused Ocean and his team to push the project back after they lost the element of surprise,” the Verge claims, citing “a source close to the situation.”
