Historic Richmondtown by me is a Hitmonlee nest, I've caught so many, but I haven't even seen a Hitmonchan.
It's also a Dragonite nest, well not a nest, more so as he spawns there once or twice a day usually. Still haven't caught him, but watched him despawn in front of my eyes as I arrived
It's by a lighthouse too, which is ironic because of the Anime, unless it was planned for that
