It hasn't been uploaded by an official account on yahoo yet, I don't know about AOL, because if you go to yahoo.com and search for it in the videos and then tick official videos then it isn't up

Billboard needs to update their rules with music video sales being counted as a sale of a song and VEVO being tracked instead of AOL and Yahoo. I never go to AOL and who goes to Yahoo to watch music videos?
