She wont go home because of her hand, they wouldnt spoil it on the preview, im sure TJ is going to ask her if she wants to keep going or go home, then she stays but goes to elimination and gets eliminated (my theory not spoiler)

lf Johnny goes in the draw he has no chance against Leroy CT or Zach. They are way too big and Zach has proven last challenge to have speed on his side.

In regards to it being a challenge, yeah, she deserves to go. But in regards to her lasting this long with everyone knowing she's the weakest (even her ), she then deserves to be commended...maybe even rewarded.
