 | Rowen's Review Ok, ok , ok. You're finally out, I'm surprised it always takes you some time to get out. I mean maybe being a water type helps you somewhat? Maybe being SOME what cute helps you to a bit. Did we really need a baby Pokemon for a Legendary? No. Not really so why was it made other to make it a gimmick so people can be like "woooo UNIQUE AND INTERESTING". The way people still debate on if you are a legendary or not is still a kii. Design wise, you're not all that bad. I mean some may even say you're better then Manaphy, you're ponytail is cute and that pre-teen eye make is another thing. |

Because your stats are plain and your move set is so shallow since you don't even get Tailglow. Poor you, water types don't always win. That is so sad. |
