I got 18/20 for MIT and 4/5 on PMC. But their positions
This year, the usual summer songs didn't dominate the charts. Maybe it's because of the Voting System when they started doing online voting system. Last year was a smash for January-June songs since people can vote as many as they can. I overlooked the chart run of BSE, I thought it was only 1 week at the top, it was 4 weeks pala
. And usually, songs that reclaim the top spot after being dethroned were strong songs (Remember Baby who was dethroned by Telephone but reclaimed it after a week as well as One Time was dethroned by (insert the song title here, IDK if it was PITUSA). That was the case for BSE IMO.
It was expected that LTLA will enter but IDK what happened to JGMAR, they're like No Air and Realize of Summer 2008 that until the yearend charts, they were still with each other.
Therefore, songs from June-September dominated the charts:
* Growl overtook IGAB though the latter spent more weeks at no. 1
* WCS overtook 22 and HA though it was very clear that 22 and HA had a better chart run than the prior.
* BSE overtook OWOA (this was very unlikely to me but now I know why it happened
* WB overtook HTNGU though it didn't top and the latter topped for 3 weeks.
For Pinoy Myx Countdown:
I was certain that NINAL can be the top OPM song due to the swarm of votes in the HH competition. But no Kahit Na
( KN had a very poor chart performance
)
Buko at the Top 10, it'll be messier if Magkabilang Mundo also entered. Jejepop
