Like the rest of the MK cast yes. I guess they are all boring because they're not blind.
Also, before powers are brought into this, people seem to like Stryker these days and he has no powers. I personally think swords are cooler than police equipment.

You made him become just a swordsman… at least the others have something. Liu Kang's got fire, Sonya's got boobs, Jax has metal arms, Johnny Cage has his personality, and Stryker is the only Earthrealm character who's relatable to the player since he's essentially a part of the police force. Make two of them, and they'll both become just boring humans who don't belong in the game at all…
