The way Disaster took off, it was slowly making its way back up after coming out, but it got no futher promotion, even with the peak it had...it still could have been released. :/

If JoJo is to accidentally "leaked" her her music, could she herself get sued by the label?
If the label goes Bankrupt (hope it does) will the label still have the rights to all her unsurfaced material?

If they track the leak back to her then yeah she can get sued, thats why you send a few different blogger friends an anonymous WeTransfer file containing songs
