I thought it was a great decision.
I'm glad you all are coming around.
As I said, it gives her a break from touring which can be grueling and stressful and can build her confidence as she has over 20 pop classics to perform.
She'd also be responsible for making the vegas market successful to a younger audience. Which she did.
She'd also be aligned with legends (elton, celine, cher, tina, shania) which she is.
She'd also be responsible for starting the trend again for other artists to do it (mariah, jlo, lionel richie etc.) which she did.
Had Vegas flopped, she'd be over and probably ridiculed.
Vegas proved she was still bankable and the Britney Jean album became a blessing in disguise because it flopping proved that she has enough memorable hits to flourish at a low point.
