Really? The attention paid to Rihanna back then was pretty minimal, from what I can recall. After
Rated R and its first few singles fizzled, and the explicit photo leak, everyone just concluded that she'd run her course. In a way, she was SYG's de facto punching bag, much like Knee currently, but nothing to that severity. Maybe used by the Hive every now and then for a quick chuckle, and that was about it.
Come to think of it, there weren't that many Rihanna fans on ATRL, pre-
LOUD, to make her seem like a threatening element, anyway.
