I think either Annalise or Connor blow up the house. Annalise was already getting rid of everything that could've incriminated her. Connor was sick of working for Annalise, knew that Oliver would eventually investigate their **** and we never saw how he got to Oliver's ex.

About Wes I think either Nate or Frank killed him. One of them probably knew he was about to snitch.

I think Connor set the fire to cover up the mess but didn't kill anyone.

Wes was unstable, he was suspected to kill his mother and went one to the psy ward. He killed Rebecca and when the DA office starts investigating. He freaked out, burn any proof that we might found and killed himself.

That was a very very well-directed storyline. They played the timeline and our senses so well, I literally couldn't tell who it was until the very moment of the reveal.
