Yes 1000%. Britney was the biggest CELEBRITY in the world in 2004 (even if she wasn't the most successful music act anymore). Toxic and Everytime were big WW hits, the former was one of those pop songs everyone loved, even the people that hated Britney.

I know she was still huuuuuuuge but it's still fun to hear it from someone who actually was an adult back then

Gaga had one of the biggest peaks ever but also one of the biggest declines too
