Is there a way nobody can see what you like or who you follow on Instagram?

the rest I dont care for anymore.

I just deleted my account cuz family started adding me and some co-workers, like how did they even find me? I dind't have my name, I don't know how they found me, and making my profile private isn't fun.

don't you have to put in a phone number on instagram? I forget. but people find me too. its usually because facebook is connected or something

and no, all the social networks now have it where everybody can see your likes and who you follow. it's so annoying.
