People have said the type of gym studio she goes to isn't about all about cardio and is more or less just about stretching, core strength and nutrition.
So it isn't your "normal" gym. It's more or less a studio. It's more about programs for nutritional frameworks and fitness for healthier energised lifestyles.
So literally Taylor could just rock up, do some hardcore stretching, quick 10min workout, bit of pilates maybe, hangout with her model BFF's, get some nutrition advice. Maybe? It's not like running on a treadmill for an hour straight like that Elle magazine girl probably did where you're going to sweat like anything and come out looking like a mess or take FOREVER to clean yourself up.
I mean, look at the pics of Karlie and Stephanie leaving too. They don't look like they've sweated THAT much (Karlie's still in her workout gear) and scrub up pretty nicely too.
