The difference is Rihanna's tour is named after her album, and she's already announced the album. Even the tour poster is a pic from the album shoot. Plus Beyoncé didn't go on a world tour for '4' when it was released so...two completely different situations.
A lot of artists have released in Q1 (last year Big Sean, Meghan Trainor, Drake etc.), even Rih was most likely gonna drop ANTI in Q1 of 2015.
That tour date was one of the remaining dates of the Kanye joint tour. They just decided to let her perform because they know she could sell it out on her own. She and Kanye dibbled up and performed on separate events/festival that they couldn't cancel like Lollapalooza and Rock in Rio.
I woke up crying cause of happiness 
and brought us to another room told us to put the eyecovers down and there where 3 mountains full of presents for us
