The hair was not actually bad, it only looked weird at the beggining when when she did the catwalk. After a few shakes, flips and spins it looked gorgeous. But the make-up was tragic They did her wrong. She didn't look as good as usual and it was probably the most important moment of her career.

I don't mind it but I totally get what you're saying.
It is a very strong looking costume. That leather and lace, hard and softness is a good contrast for her as an artist too, but ya.... her makeup mostly is the issue.

I was listening to "Freedom" and looked up a performance and saw that she won a whole bunch of BET awards... but I never ran into a video of her accepting the awards... I just found out she sent her mom to get them.... What a Queen!

She paid for the production of her performance out of her own pocket and then had to RUSH to the airport. The BET Awards were in Los Angeles and she had to get to the UK for the European leg that started in like 36 hours.
