Ne-Yo with Pitbull once again. I can't wait.
How many times is he going to perform that?! Pitbull should do International Love with Chris Brown instead
Ok so there ISN'T a live stream but media people are tweeting about it. I hope they will post a video on their site later.

Paula Abdul suggests that each judge be handed a guy, girl, group and over 30 next year - good idea! @TheXFactorUSA
3 minutes ago
wow, thats actually an amazing idea. Definitely more fair.
Instead of the group names like "The Over 30" and stuff, there would be 4 categories for the live shows, Paula's team, Nicole's team, L.A's team and Simon's team.
At the judges houses, each judge will get 2 acts from each category(girls, boys, overs and groups) and they will have to chose only1 from each category to represent their group!

I love this idea. The only thing that could mess it up at judges houses is that it might not be fair if they've already separated them before that final stage. I'm game though!

It would definitely be more interesting this way. Because all Teams would be strong.
This year, Paula was the weakest one because the groups were kinda bad. And she was out of acts in the 4th week.
The Over 30s is also a really tough category and if im not mistaken, no one from that category has even won.
Plus, the judges are always complaining how they would like to mentor that category for that act and stuff. And this way, they get to mentor an act from each category.
This would definitely work better for all of them!
And it would also make the judges houses a lot more competitive because 2 acts from each category would have a sing off and the better one would get chosen for the live shows. So there would be a 50% chance for each contestant to make it to the live shows.
Finale news, a budding feud, and some fighting words punctuated THE X FACTOR press conference this afternoon with our Top 3 finalists and judges.
Let's start with the finale news! Simon Cowell announced that in addition to Justin Bieber and Leona Lewis performing on the two-hour finale this Thursday, Dec. 22, Pitbull and Ne-Yo are also slated to perform – and our Top 3 contenders, Chris Rene, Josh Krajcik, and Melanie Amaro – will perform a duet with three surprise mega, grade-A, superstars on Wednesday's show. And don't forget to vote on Wednesday to pick your winner!
Oh, and that's not all. Some of the former contestants will also make an appearance! Who do you think should come back to our stage? Who do you think will they be rooting for?
Needless to say, Simon bragged, "This will be the greatest final we've ever been in. And it's gonna be better next year."
Before we even begin to think about next season, our finalists had a little fun answering this question from one of our Twitter fans: "Is there a song that one of the other finalists sang that you think you could've sung better?"
"Nope," replied the politically correct Chris. Josh and Melanie weren't so PC in their answers. "I love what you did with this Melanie, but I would've loved to have sung 'Man in the Mirror.' That would've been easier for me than 'Dirty Diana," said Josh. "I am saying I could've probably done it better… I'm kidding!"
As for Melanie, she said, "I think I could've done 'Young Homie' better. I would've tore it up!"
Fighting words, indeed!
Melanie, Chris, and Josh also talked about how they are handling the pressure and which performances they are most proud (and not so proud) of.
As for the budding feud, check out CourtneyPants' vlog this week where she auditions to be co-host with Steve Jones for next season in front of Simon, Paula Abdul, L.A. Reid, and Nicole Scherzinger. "I think Steve and I would be a good team because we're both equally awkward," she joked as the crowd of press peeps erupted in laughter. "You are fantastically weird, so we've got to consider you," said Simon.
Tune in on Wednesday, Dec. 21 at 8/7C on FOX to watch Melanie Amaro, Josh Krajcik, and Chris Rene sing one more time for America's vote. Then tune in Thursday, Dec. 22 at 8/7C for a two-hour finale where a winner will be crowned.
Can't wait to see who the "grade A mega superstar" celebrity guests will be for the duets.
I think Melanie will perform with either Mariah or Leona Lewis.
Chris Rene might duet with Ne-Yo since he'll be there.
There were a few other notable moments in the half-hour press event, though. Here are my top four impressions:
Simon is not changing the voting structure
Despite fan confusion and outrage over a voting system that usually relies on the judges to make the final call — except when they don’t and deliberately force a deadlock, automatically sending home whomever had the lowest votes, like with Simon’s adorable muppet Rachel Crow — Simon made clear he was not planning on changing the system next year. “If that week had worked in the way I believe the process should work, the judges could have actually saved [Rachel],” Simon said. “The fact it went to deadlock that week — the process didn’t work. So I’m not going to change the system, I’m just going to suggest that we do a better job in the future.”
Don’t count out the groups
With all of the group contestants eliminated before Thanksgiving, the viability of the category for next season remains an open question — although a group did just win the UK version of The X Factor, the first time in eight seasons. When asked about how The X Factor‘s stateside iteration could help ensure a group make it to the finals next year, Paula Abdul first acknowledged that the category is challenging in the current pop music ecosystem, where solo artists rule the roost. (She did claim that ‘NSYNC and Backstreet Boys date from the “early ’90s,” but point taken). Then Paula made an intriguing suggestion: “Maybe if each judge/mentor had one group, and we each had one female, one male, and one over-30, that would help solidify more interest in groups.”
For his part, Simon decided to take the moment to make a bold prediction: “Within two years, a group will win this show. Because I think I know the kind of group who could win the show like this. And if they walk in the door, they’ll win. Guarantee it. I can feel it.”
Simon is capable of humility, to a point
When asked what he learned from Melanie Amaro, Simon indulged in a somewhat surprising display of modest introspection. “I learnt that I’m not American,” he said. “That was a big factor on where I got things right, and where I got things wrong. Even last night, I changed Melanie’s song, because I believed it was too British, too old for her. So I’m trying to think American, and that’s what Melanie has mainly taught me. I can’t do this from a British perspective.”
Simon even admitted that his hubris got the best of him before The X Factor‘s U.S. premiere, saying, “I probably came here a bit too cocky.” But then he kept talking, and the old Simon came back. “This will be the greatest final we’ve ever been in….I’m more excited about this week than I have been for quite a long while. This is $5 million talent here.”
The Top 3′s favorite and least favorite performances are pretty much exactly what you’d expect them to be Melanie’s favorites were “Earth Song” and “Feelin’ Good,” and although she wouldn’t admit to having a least favorite performance, she did acknowledge that she was initially not happy with the notion of having to sing “Earth Song.” Josh’s favorite song was “Wild Horses.” His least favorite? “Do the ensembles count? Because the circus song for me was a low point. I’ve never said ‘What’s the dealio’ in my life. I have said ‘Raise your glass,’ though — plenty of times.” Chris’ favorite was his self-penned song “Where Do We Go From Here,” and his first two live show performances were his least favorite. “I was learning how to be on stage in front of a live audience, live TV for the first time.”
I was thinking that maybe she could be in one of the duets. I don't understand why they would do that song in America though and why we already know what she's singing. It was never released there, right? The obvious choice would be Bleeding Love.
