The G.U.Y. hitmaker will certainly give her Quebec City fans a 4th of July to remember, with an over the top performance at the Plains of Abraham.

- Release Gypsy to radio (like next Wednesday)
- Do 4-5 radio interviews a week in the city she's in that day for artRAVE (US / Canada)
- Discount Gypsy + ARTPOP (album)
- Perform Gypsy on that Rising Star show (I know) the weekend she's free (before TX dates)
- Release professionally filmed Gypsy video from artRAVE

August
- Do radio promo in Japan & South Korea
- Perform Gypsy on The Voice AUS Finale (idk when it finishes, if not The Voice then X Factor)
- Slaughter us Australians with lots of promo
- Premiere Gypsy video (a tour video with a plot) at MTV VMA's (in her absence)

From there, if the single's dead leave it to rest in peace. If it's doing relatively well, continue light promo in countries that will really notice Gaga's presence, like UAE, Istanbul, etc.

That has to be like a Top 40 hit in Australia, Japan and South Korea at least. Not too bad.
