It depends on your definition of peaking.
- I always thought of peaking as high album sales, hit singles, a successful tour ALL at the same time. So by that no I don't think Rih peaked or is peaking. I think her next era will produce all 3 simultaneously.

But if by peak you mean highest album sales: then yeah she peaked with GGGB and umbrella.

Also when an artist "peak" their next era is usually a downgrade. (I.E Beyonce, Gaga, Britney) Rih's tours have gotten bigger, Unapologetic outsold TTT, she has gotten numerous hit songs since Umbrella
