She probably wants her first post 21/Skyfall release to be for her new album. I remember her saying she considered not doing Skyfall because she didn't want her first post 21 release to be a major disappointment.
I do think the best thing for her to do would be to just release when the album is ready. The album is probably nearly done anyways, I also remember she said she likes to live with her material for a few months before releasing it.

This question is serious. Am I the only Daydreamer that loves Katy Perry's album PRISM?
I love Katy. She's not the best live performer, but I saw her Teenage Dream tour and was thoroughly entertained. I'm seeing the Prism tour in July and am excited to see "Double Rainbow" and "Birthday" and "International Smile" live!
