I actually think KIB was never scrapped. I mean people act like she gave us a million trap songs. Each song we got was a different genre regardless of Travis. KIB was never out of the conversation (wasn't it in the NME article? along with other non-trap songs?) despite whatever new songs she did. But now it'll be trashed because of freaking Glass John

Finally, i continue to be baffled with and disappointed by Rih's team. This man has been tweeting for 24+ hours with no consequences, and instead he's made gotten a bunch of publicity/attention. It's only a matter of time before TMZ finds him. Why do they let the crazies do whatever they want, I mean ****, is a simple ass cease and desist too much work? She doesn't even deny rumors like every other celeb on the planet. How?

What I gathered from his rant is that the album has been finished for awhile but for some reason Travis is having a major influence in changing the direction of the album. Travis wants urban which will sell better than GlassJohn who obviously wants Rih to be experimenting with new sounds - the "timeless" stuff she was talking about a while ago. Rih can change quickly (eg Rated R to Loud), so I could see her jumping from GlassJohns vision to Travis' if she spent a lot of time with him
