I am a old fan but seriously I have no knowledge about nose or boob jobs, so I don't pretend anything I just don't know what to believe or think she looks perfect so I could care less

Does she really do that? I don't think she eats much at all though. Whenever I see videos of her eating, it's always small portions. Her dedication and self-control is amazing.

She said something in the line that she eats more moee things with fat and sugar during xmas and then has some days after where she drinks more water and fruit and stuff and works out during it to lose what she eat more during xmas or soemthing along those lines
