It is in this case because she's dancing on a young teenage girl and she's just sitting there. If it was an 18 year old guy and she gave him a proper lap dance, ripped her jacket off and exposed her big balloons w/ cherry pasties on live television then id be all for it and the performance would go viral, send the song to #1 on iTunes and we'd have another number #1 but that's never gonna happen
