Well they performed at the RDMAs cause they are always like #1 on Radio Disney, which means nothing to be honest
How about the AMAs'14 ? they performed at the pre-show which aired on ABC and was streamed live on Yahoo! Live.
The real problem is not with performing but with her attitude, if you can't book a performance at least attend the show, walk the red carpet and do some interviews to get some buzz...

Guys you can't just book an award show performance..it's not that easy, they (the show) won't let you perform unless they think you have a big enough hit to bring audience. It's not just who pays more performs.. She needs a hit, and when the song is smashing then she will be able to perform at award shows.

I really wish Hilary's team and RCA would green light a promotional video for "Confetti." I feel like it fits in with the whole Supreme Court ruling and it could be done so cheaply. Just Hilary in front of a green screen with scenes of separate same-sex couples uniting and I feel like it could go viral. It'd be perfect timing. *sigh*
She could also appear on Sesame Street lip synching to a version with the lyrics "you're turning me into spaghetti."
