Is your source BGC tea? They've been saying 17 is it for months, and then oxygen announced the theme of 18 (southern girls) and started casting. It'd be weird for them to go ahead and start only to pull the plug... but who knows, everything about and surrounding this show's production is ratchet as hell lol.

Yeah, their budget done been cut for years lol. Started when the length of the show got cut from 16/17 episodes to 13... and now it's down to 12
And then the filming time was cut drastically. At the beginning of the show, it was like 3 months I think. Now it's only 6 weeks.
They haven't been on a vacation in many seasons. 13 was the last to have a vacation, but I don't think 12 did either (unless you count when they took a trip to wisconsin.... lmao)
The show has changed a lot. Anyone else notice no one has had any of their property destroyed since the clermont+jela scandal of 14? It's clear they were having legal issues or concerns, with the girls becoming too much of a liability. Problem is, they aren't compensating for the loss of ratchetness with charming, fun girls and decent drama. s16 was very annoying and pretty bland in the end. The show can be fun without girls throwing hands and jumping every episode, but their casting is a joke and the producers don't know how to make good tv without fully blown exploitation of it's cast.
I don't want to see it go. Honestly I'll be sooo sad when this ends. I just want them to go back to their glory days. Everything's been downhill post season 7. Good seasons past that point are the exceptions.
). BUT, it didn't have to be an attack from behind, even if they did the same to Kailie. That's kinda lowering yourself to their level, which was a bit disappointing to see.
