Plus Salamence is actually a more threatening sweeper because ha speed >>>> Dragonite's. Plus it's a better mixed sweeper too

If they don't have a Ghost-Type (which they should cause it's the best one), a Rapid Spinner quickly deals with that mess. Multiscale is unbothered.
Only one of them have ExtremeSpeed though AND a decent Fight-Type coverage move.
100%Hp Dnite won't die to Scarf Ice Beam's, 100%Hp Sala will. He wins once again.

Gengar and Jellicent are both highly used in OU, so that ain't happening. Dragonite loses once again. Dragonite may have a priority move over Salamence, but it's not a big deal. ScarfMence is quick enough to outspeed majority of OU so he has no use for such foolishness, plus he can pretty much OHKO everything in sight (and yes, that includes Dragonite even with Multiscale)

If you're using Salamance, you might as well use the superior Garchomp, in which Salamence is outclassed by.
Bulkynite has no competition and remains unbothered

When will Garchomp get a bigger base attack than Salamance, and when will he get Moxie? Oh wait, never.

In what word is Gengar a Spinblocker? He may be a Ghost but the good sis ain't tanking hits with those defenses.
So that leaves us 1 Spinblocker which Slaymie can easily take out. Things are looking good for Kingnite.
Salamence isn't that fast, a bunch of things can speed him like Terrakion, Landorus, Lati@s + Ice Shard, and he sure ain't OHKO'ing Steel-Types. The perks of having DD + ExtremeSpeed.

A 5+ on the base attack is hardly something to brag + Garchomp out-speeds ha and doesn't los 25%Hp switching on SR.

By equipping a Choice Scarf, Gengar functions as both a revenge killer and a spinblocker at the same time

Dragonite can stay crying over those SR leads. Salamence is also an effective mixed attacker, so Fire Blast can deal with the troublesome Steel-Types. There are two ways to deal with those quick sweepers you mentioned: Scarf or DD. Salamence can usually take a non-super effective hit once or twice, so DD is perfect for it.
And as Corsola mentioned, it also has Moxie (forgot about it ) So that's another thing Salamence has over Dragonite. SLAYlamence stays winning

Are you forgetting about the other half of my comment where I mentioned Moxie? Nothing is perfect in Pokemon, everything has counters, and nearly everything that can counter Salamence can also counter Garchomp and Dragonite both. And rapid spin exists.
Also, why are you bringing up SR as an attack towards Salamence yet go into reasons why it's useless against Dragonite? Double standardness, and you don't need to bring up Multiscale because I'm aware.

We are talking about Garchomp x Salamence here, aren't we? So obviously I'm gonna use SR.
It's not useless against Dragonite, but it's not like HE becomes useless if SR around. I also didn't say SR makes Salamence useless but it cripples it a bit, of course, same as Dragonite.
But okay, you're right, nothing is perfect, so we should be glad all of them have niches and can be used without being outclassed.

When will Salamence out speed Garchomp, when will he be useful in a sandstorm, when will be not lose 25% of his health with SR, when will he actually live long enough to get the Moxie boost?
And not y'all trying it as though SR is some nail in the coffin for Bulkinite. If you don't know the good sis's Forretress, Claydol and Bronzong, you need to educate yourselves. Not to mention the Magic Bouncers Espeon and Xatu.

lol, this has gotten a bit too technical for my taste (probably my fault though). SR also cripples Salamence. And he'll be crying over those Scarf Ice Beam's/Ice Shard's more than Dragonite if his Multiscale is still intact. And good luck killing stuff with that Fire Blast after a Draco Meteor mess.
Dragonite can also take neutral hits, even better than Sala if they're special. DDnite >>> DDmence.
Dnite can also be used and Rain with his Hurricane + Spread Paralyzes, can Salaflop? Oh wait it can't even learn T-Wave, not even Thunder.

You keep beating around Moxie tho. With it Salamence becomes the best sweeper ever
