Even if he doesn't care about success, he needs to realize that last years of managing his career really made him less successful. Since L4M he's ruining slowly his status and eras. That leads to unsuccessful singles, possibly album and even tour. That was expected with that mess that is Grace (i cackled at that "Nothing" pic on her Insta).
I really could care less about success. But he/his team needs to realize their mistakes. Doing a huge tour when they made his celebrity status fall a bit and not with any hype. If planned properly, there wouldn't be situations like this. Like, think sometimes. Here for firing her from managing.
