the 22 portion is the amount of listeners (in millions) this song has had in the past week (in this case, in the past 3 days, since it just became available to radios on Tuesday). The (+X.XXX) represents the increase in listeners (in millions, again) that this song has had since the previous day. Obviously, the higher the overall listeners, the higher this song is likely to chart in the future.

i never said it was 100% an accurate prediction and i did put in places where there could debuts in the top over the song i had put there. honestly it's too far in the near future to make that prediction, i was just doing this to show how i think DY and Diamonds will perform til K$ gets that #1

But Billboard is forecasting a top 20 debut

Most likely, Swift's "Begin" will begin in the Hot 100's top 10, with Rihanna's "Diamonds" and Ke$ha's "Young" arriving in the top 20.

two years ago, K$ debuted at #1 with 280,000 sold in the first week. that's because the streaming rule wasn't in effect then.

DY is expected to move a little bit past 200,000 copies (still good nonetheless) with a full week of airplay), but the song still isn't available for streaming (which also counts toward the hot 100). if this were pre-2012, she probably would have debuted top 10.
