Rih has changed a lot since that time. She was obviously a label poppet that had to go everywhere and we got see her slaying them vocals and collecting the awards. Plus, she was actually building my teen memories which I'm so grateful that I got to witness her amazing past.

On this situation, she let us wait for a whole year for the damn album and nothing came out good from this era so far. Yeah, couple of moments, but nothing screams Rih (2008-2011) those were good time.

But I guess she prefer posting about her stupid christmas tree on snapchat while we're waiting for some room on an app like little kids.

Will she ever be the same Rihanna that I literally grew up with her during her pop star prime?

I agree with this. Talk that Talk sounds rushed (which isn't surprising since it was supposed to be a Deluxe re-release of Loud but instead turned into a full album) and A Girl Like Me doesn't have much else that is interesting apart from the singles.

Music of the Sun at least has a lot of nice album tracks and GGGB, RR, Loud and Unapologetic are her best albums in my opinion.

Yeah, every artist want's it's record to be a success but releasing a new album right after anti flopped would be a joke, everyone would drag her that she's thirsty for success, that she's a label puppet and stuff. I don't know how Rihanna expects Anti to be somehow a well managed era... the tour starts in February,she needs a month or so to rehearse,(she has to release the album before the rehearsals since we would probably get leaked footage) and the album needs promo and so does the tour and there's two months for everything Poor R8
I will forgive her for this mess if she gives us Loud energy and Unapologetic era vocals on Anti World Tour tho
