I think these clips are what's going to be shown on TV interviews... allegedly Sophie is on Conan tonight, John Bradley tomorrow on Conan. Emilia will be on Ellen and Conan on Thursday.
Daenerys arrives in Vaes Dothrak on the third episode? Lawd. She'll probably probably the whole season there.

I found them posted on watchersonthewall.com and the title says on their post that HBO released them. Like Triton said, these are probably the clips they'll be using for TV show appearances like how that Dany clip was posted in that video earlier today.
