I don't think Break Your Heart will stay at #1 this week..
I mean, take a look at TAB, it stayed only one week at BBH #1 due to strong Downloads. Even though on the next week it was still the biggest seller ( 195,655 copies) it fell from the top spot to Lollipop. It didn't have enough AI to support it, so I think that's what going to happen with BYH, and the spot will be taken by Need You Now / Rude Boy. (There is no other threat, NOY started increasing too late to get that #1 spot)

If the sales are from monday to sunday... then it really has a chance at #1....

but the airplay needs to keep climbing and catch up as much as it can with Need you now....

Right now the airplay is 76.046 and its gaining more than 2 millions a day. SO today it will be around 78 millions, and around 85 millions by wednesday.

Need you now will be around 116 millions by wednesday... that means that rude boy has to sell 31.000 copies more than NYN

The AI are already out:
Need You Now: 129 Points
BedRock: 115 Points
Rude Boy: 74 Points.
Digital Figures haven't been released yet, so assuming that:
Rude Boy Maintains it #2 spot, selling 160k copies this week, and BedRock selling 90k, and Need You Now selling 130k copies at #6. It sums up:
Need You Now: 259 Points.
Rude Boy: 234 Points.
Difference: 25 Points. Let's hope that Need You Now sells less than 130k copies, and Rude Boy more than 160k, then the #1 spot is for Rude Boy

but it's unlikely so...
