As much as I like Ciara more than Rihanna, no Ciara stan has any right to call Rihanna a flop. The Barbadian bitch has gotten three #1 singles in the past year and a half. She's everywhere. Cici has been M.I.A. since after her first album. "Promise" and "Like a Boy" were failures on the Hot 100.
You said T.I. and Ciara were the main attractions at the Scream Fest. I was pointing out which main attraction actually went somewhere afterwards.
Ok and Ciaras single just came out and she hasn't even started promoting yet. I'm sure if she had a crappy poppy tune with a catchy hook and got to perform it @ the MTV awards when they had some of their highest ratings she would have been doing good on the charts right now too.
