It was forgettable. It will get airplay for years to come but it did nothing to establish Ke$ha in the minds of the general public. The song was never that catchy to begin with.
TiK ToK is anything but forgettable. it's such pop pleasure!! everyone knows this song. a lot of people saying "The Party Don't Start Till I Walk In" just because of TiK ToK.

Because the song was created out of a fashion of what is trendy today, I do think it might slip people's minds when this party fad is over and done with. But...I do think it will be something that our generation can hear 15 years from now at a club and recite the words. "The party don't start till I walk in" is bound to get the party started.
Tik Toc will not, however, transcend to the next generation. At least so I believe.
