She deserves it. She works hard and she's profissional in what she does. She did great in the VMAs!!! I hope she doesn't lose this stage-attitude she has. I really hope she follow the steps of good examples like Beyonce or Shakira. I hope she doesn't follow the steps of Britney, in the other hand.
