If her voice bothers you on her later records then I highly doubt you'll like TMEM since it has easily her squeakiest vocal performances. Reading the lyrics while listening to her helps to appreciate her.
Some of her more accesible tracks are En Gallop,Leaving the city,Easy,On a good day.
Kingfisher is very melodic and catchy as well imo even though it's 9 minutes long.

It's still a good listen and has some of her best tracks like En gallop,Clam,crab,cockle,Cowrie and Bridges and balloons.
