Go to your profile and look at the tab that says "WARNINGS." It's located between the "Friends" and "Contact Info" tabs.

No! TC disabled that subsection due to the lack of traffic and activity on that part of the site. He encouraged those users who loved the section so much to utilize the blog section as an alternative.
