Who uses all those crappy remixes with rappers? And Honey is her worst song period.
The "Fantasy" remix is amazing! Among her many "urban" remixes, that one is absolute best. It keeps everything that's great about the original while still building on it with new ideas that give it a distinctive identity as a song.
Honey is one of Mariah's best uptempos. I love it. The end especially: "Eyeyeyeyeee neeEeEeEeeEeeed it! Oh honey, eyeyeyeee. EyeYeyEye NEEeeEeEd it, NEEeeEeEed it, neeEEeed it"
Also, her 2nd best video, behind My All.

"Yooo, Neeew YORK in tha hoouse!"
"Me and Mariiiaah go back like babies and pacifiiiiyaahs."
"Honey" is one of her most brilliant moments EVER. The adlibs, the vocal delivery, the lyrics, and her best video PERIOD. It's exactly the type of utmost class mixed with sex appeal she should've stuck with.

Exactly.
I still remember vividly the moment I realized the whole song was an innuendo years ago. The song is perfection.
