I was listening to Janelle Monae's Metropolis Albums in waiting for her next installment and seeing as Lemonade has finally arrived, I was thinking that I would really like to see Bey do a concept album next era. The fact that Lemonade and BEYONCE were both so visual. Also they lyrically told such solid stories even without the visuals really shows that Bey could completely dominate the idea of a concept album. It would probably be race and discrimination based because I can't see much else really inspiring Bey to create a heartfelt and motivated concept album. Love would be an overplayed theme. Seeing as 4, BEYONCE and Lemonade already feel like a trilogy, perhaps her concept album would be a trilogy (but released in closer proximity
)
Another personal album isn't really necessary for Bey because it would feel like 4 all over again (unless divorce is on the lineup
) and the only other thing that might happen is a fully pledged political album.
