Yes it is even with album sales down considering it only takes 3m albums to have the best selling album of the year.

Yeah but Mileys fame is nowhere near Britneys or Christina's when they first came out, Mileys success is on a more lower level....When Miley gets a #1 hit or Top 5 hit and is nominated for a Grammy for like best pop vocal performance or best new artist then maybe her fame and music is getting somewhere, as of now, she nowhere close to their success when they started.
