Azealia's not the kind to put on demos or alternate versions. She'll either put official old songs on or new stuff. Most likely new stuff I think

I agree that other songs deserve release more than JFK. It's just my
bop at the moment and having Theo makes it a slightly stronger choice- the hook is what makes it a bit unsafe, compared to Ice Princess. In this perfect world Desparado would also get the same treatment
I tried cutting that one down but it's harder, as the song has less variety and more pacing.
