it was very interesting and well paced (for a pilot that ran for 70something minutes)
but I made the fatal mistake of reading the book's premise on wikipedia and realizing that this is gonna be yet again a show where the WHY? is not as important and most of the interesting questions won't be answered at all. They will just focus on the process of getting to the end, if you get what I mean.
