I read those too just to entertain myself when I'm bored. I don't believe them at all. They seem to be more like assumptions a random person decided to make. I could also make up things like that, they're believable and you can kind of prove it because "it seems like it" while in fact, you know nothing. Does that make sense?
I mean, how would they know all of these blind items they keep posting? They can't possibly be in touch with every celebrity like that and if they are, why don't sell some of the juicy info they have to TMZ or something?
